By accessing or purchasing courses from Zep Consult (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“student,” “user”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Course Access

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the purchased course(s).
  • Access is unlimited; there are no time restrictions unless otherwise specified.
  • All courses are delivered online only; no physical materials are included.

2. Payment and Taxes

  • All course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Prices may include applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • No refunds are offered under any circumstances (see exception below)[1].

3. Use of Content

  • All course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may access and view content for personal use only.
  • Redistribution, sharing, or commercial use of the content without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct
